UWENet@gmail.com The UW Environment Network was formed to foster a sense of community for all those working on environmental initiatives at the University of Waterloo. The goals of this network are: Sharing knowledge and information - Resources, such as people and research materials - Individual group campaign news Increase campus sustainability - Creating a united front in pushing for a paradigm shift in the student body - Putting collective efforts into specific issues is intended to foster a sense of community for all working on environmental initiatives. There is strength in diversity. A network can allow us to have a greater impact by eliminating duplicated efforts and combining our collective influence. This blog is meant to keep all those involved with UWENet in touch with each other between our monthly meetings, and provide a forum for those interested in generating a discourse on environmental efforts on campus. Our meeting minutes will also be available here.
